A different kind of Right to Use in Cancun/Los Cabos, Mexico. Cancun/Los Cabos - right to use - a very different type of contract. This type of "right of use" is no longer being offered by anyone in Cancun! It consists of the following: You may use the remaining 80 weeks (not Christmas/Easter weeks) any time at any of 4 Solaris resorts (three in Cancun, all very different with one a short walk from two others side/side) and one in Los Cabos. You may use all the facilities of the hotels regardless of where you stay. You may have family/friends use the weeks as well. There are no maintenance fees or any other fees. All you pay is the all-inclusive fee which ranges (for 2023) from $70-140/person/night for unlimited food/drink at al bar/ snack bar or restaurant at all the resorts. There is also private Members Only lounge at one resort with bar, snacks and sofas/chairs and wide screen TV's. Every week you have two free excursions and a Members Only dinner. Transportation to/from the airport is free. The room in this contract is a large, sea front room with t terrace, king size bed, sofa bed, kitchen (microwave/no stove) with fridge, sink, cutlery, glassware, china, private bath, desk, television, a/c. Also included is an adjoining room with bed and bath. Bus/cabs right outside the hotel as well as rental car agencies nearby. The only cost of transfer is a $50 transfer fee. My wife died as have some of our Cancun friends and I no longer wish to go.
