D. Size: 5 3/4" in height by 2 1/2" in width Description: A particularly sensitive and well molded and detailed effigy from the period. She is wearing a long flat incised headpiece with a small amount of her hair showing beneath and long deeply incised ribbons extending to the tips of her extended arms. She has incised coffee bean eyes and a fine aqualine nose. Her necklace is made up of multilayered tubular beads and she is wearing large round earspools. She is nude from the waist down and starting to show the first signs of pregnancy. Remnants of the original white and orange pigments are still evident. She is an excellent and unusually finely thought out and modeled example of the type.
