The bolts are new and include standard weight spring (installed) as well as reduced power spring and extra power spring. The bolts are being discounted for having a wider slot for the recoil rod clip (highlighted by yellow circle in photo). This does not affect functioning at all and a design we have used for many years. The slot has recently been updated to be narrower as cosmetically it looks better with a narrower slot. Functionality of this bolt is no different than the current design.
