Guaranteed Quality 

Our goal is to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. We can guarantee you that the containers are thoroughly inspected based on  CSC  (International Convention for Safe Containers) guidelines and given the go-ahead by the Container Inspector Licensee, which we are part of.

Sold As-Is

Due to the AS-IS status on all our sales as well as the high cost of handling and redelivery, we are  unable to accept return(s) unless the quality of container(s) does not meet the grade criteria.  However, in the event your purchase does not fully meet your needs, our experienced associates will assist you in  reselling  the unit(s) to help you recover your costs.    

Limited Visit

We understand that some clients may want to visit our site and view our products before they can proceed and make a purchase. However, we regret to inform you that this is not always possible – limited opportunities on a case by case basis can be allowed by our yard. As one of the largest and major sellers in North America, we try our best to offer the best services while maintaining the highest level of security. We avoid visits to our yards because they are always busy, and the level of traffic in and out of our yards can be both stressful and a security hazard.

Financing

We offer assistance to help fund your container purchase in multiple forms of financing.  For private buyer(s), we recommend using  PayPal Credit . Simply choose PayPal credit when you proceed to check out. For business buyer(s), we offer  various equipment financing options . Please contact us and request a one-page application form to submit back to us. We offer amounts ranging from $20,000 ~ $250,000. Payment period would be between 1~5 years, with interest rates ranging from 4.5%~18%. We also offer equipment loan and lease as well as a credit line for wholesalers and resellers. 

Delivery

We provide unlimited dedicated delivery services through Direct Sales i.e. via our Online.

However, we offer only a limited delivery services  on eBay due to   the following reasons:

1)      Higher costs – We are required to pay up to 15% of eBay fees on the delivery charges.

2)     Certain location(s) – If the location is too far or inaccessible for delivery.

3)      Communication issue – The carrier will need to be in constant contact with the buyer to discuss specific needs about the delivery, such as the door must be on the driver side, etc. The carrier will also need to contact the buyer to set up a delivery appointment. Using eBay complicates this process.

Free local pick-up - We will load the unit(s) on your trailer without any charges

*Delivery rates may vary based upon extraneous factors in completing delivery such as truck accessibility (Base Rate is $250 + $5 or more/miles upon delivery conditions)

Pay Tax

In case we don’t collect sales tax in advance, you would need to voluntarily pay sales tax or use tax, if applicable.

Pictures - Reference

Please be informed that the pictures in our listings are provided for  reference purposes only . Color and appearance may vary. Only the size, grade and shape of containers are guaranteed to be identical.

Payment

Accepted methods of payment are Bank Wire, Credit Card (PayPal) or Financing.

Project-based Purchase(Min. 10 ~ 100 units+)

If you need more than ten containers, we will provide a free consultation where we will recommend containers which best fit your project’s needs. If necessary, we will also modify the containers to fit your specified needs before delivery. The delivery process is typically completed in a week. We offer a high-volume discount rate that is as much as  10-30%  lower than the market price. 

Individual Purchase

(1~9 units)

If you need less than ten containers, you may purchase them directly through our expedited eBay “BuyItNow” checkout. We will issue an invoice that can be pre-paid by credit card, mailing a check, or wire transfer from a bank account. We will either deliver the container(s) ourselves or provide you with the location, release #, and contact information to receive your container(s) at a local pickup location. We are happy to provide a volume discount of  5%-10%  if you purchase five or more containers at a time. 

Site Preparations for delivery

1) Check space – The unit will require space to maneuver after the box is dropped (min. 60' for 20' unit and min. 100' for 40' unit). The truck also requires ample space to turn and drive away (A forklift may be required in instances where the delivery point is difficult to access). 

2) Check surface – Please ensure that the surface is stable enough to withstand the weight of a 45,000-pound truck and trailer. 

3) Remove obstruction – Please ensure that there are no power lines, tree branches, or other obstructions on the roadside that may impede the 16-foot high truck. 

4) Check ground level – Please ensure that landing surfaces are level so that nothing impairs the opening and closing of the unit door. Wood blocks may be used to balance out an uneven load for fine adjustments.
