All of them were loaded with staples, the shopkeeper often changed the window display and stapled fabric over paper over more fabric. We pulled thousands of staples from these doors and there are thousands of tiny staple holes. They are structurally sound and stable, will need some wood filler thought! About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle Decade: 1890s, Material: Wood, Original/Reproduction: Antique Original, Features: Reclaimed
