Plecos are 2-3 months or older. They are small at 1" in size. Please be aware of the size of the fish before buying. They should increase in size quickly as they mature. These fish can have a lemon color to a more orange lemon color. These fish like are like other Bristlenose pleco with both males and females having bristles around their face. Males have more bristles than females. Females tend to get 2 small bristles at the early age Diet L144 Blue eye lemon plecos are not very picky eaters but I provide them with quality food similar to my other BN plecos. The main foods listed are my go-to food for my plecos but other food can be introduced by gradually feeding it to them. This ensures the fish have a varied diet.
