1. Specifications:

2.Feature:

1)  Auto-rising and dropping by touching key, the main machine can also be risen & dropped   by the reserve wheel.

3.Installation:

1)  Before installation, at first the angle of the rotating motor should be adjusted into 30º in dining to the right. When you adjust the angle of rotating motor, you must hold the motor. After you completed the adjustment, you must lock up the motor. Then install the Vertical Pole(15) on the holding fixation plate. At same time do not tighten the screw.

2)  Main Axle of Installation: Before the main axle(1) is installed, every connector, every sealing place and every sealing washer must be clean up and applied some vacuum grease to guard against leakage, Put the Nut(2) in the main axle(1), then put the pressing washer(3) in the slot of main axle, then insert the main axle into the Rotating sleeve(4). When you tighten the Nut(2), at same time you should insert the small six-angle-spanner into the hole under the rotating motor.

3)  Four–Path-Bottle of installation: First step, put the big plastic Nut(9) in the neck of the Four-Path-Bottle, then the spring ring so do. Then put the Sealing Washer(7) in the Main Axle(1), then the PTFE Sealing Washer(8) so do according to the display of the drawing. At last connect the Big Plastic Nut(9) to the Rotating Motor(6).

4)  The Condensation Bottle(16) of installation: At first put the Stainless Steel Clip(18) in the Condensation Bottle(16). Then put the Condensation Bottle(16) into the Four-Path-Bottle(11) and connect them tightly. Then put the Stainless Steel Clip(18) in the Vertical Pole(15). After adjust them on the suitable place, then tighten the Screw(14).. At last install the Evaporating Bottle and Collecting Bottle.

4. Operation

1) Adjustment of up and down

  a. manual adjustment is operated by the Wheel

  b. Auto-Adjustment is operated by the up-down touching key.

2) There are two outer-connector on the bottom of condensation bottle, one for inputting condensation water, another for outputting water. There is a vacuum connector on the top for vacuumizing

3) Before operation, at first turn the speed switch to the left to minimum. Turn on the power supply. The signal lamp is lit. Then turn the speed switch to right to your requested speed.

 

5. Operation of Temperature Controller

1)  After turn on the meter, the screen displays inputting type: the above-listed displays Inp., the

    below-listed displays graduation number. After 4 seconds, the above-listed displays the

    measurement range upper-limit, the below-listed displays low-limit. After 4 seconds again,

    the above-listed displays measuring value, the below-listed displays setting up value. The

    machine begins normal working.

2)  Setting up the temperature value: Press the key ‘╓’, the upper-listed displays ‘SP’, press the

    key ▲ or ▼to make the below-listed display set-up value. Then press the key ‘╓’ to make

    the meter return to the standard mode.

3)  Setting up the controlling parameters

    Continuous press the key ‘╓’ more than 4 seconds, the above-listed will display the different

  Controlling parameters ( Seeing the Controlling Parameters List). Then press the key ‘╓’ to      make the meter return to the standard mode.

4)  If the below red display shows ‘000’, the thermoelement was connected wrong.. If the above

  red display shows ‘000’, the thermoelement was opened circuit or the temperature exceeds

  the Limit.

5)  Delete the old parameters and stabilize the new parameters: Continuous press the key ▲  more than 20 seconds, Lamp AT begins sparkling. After the temperature shows one or two fluctuation, the parameters were deleted. The Lamp AT was out. Then set up the new parameters
