Special Shipping Policy for Sportscards

Basic Service – Currently $0.70 – Cards will be shipped in a plain white envelope.  Each card will be placed in a soft inner sleeve within a Top Loader.  The cost remains $0.70 no matter how many cards are purchased within a 24 hour period.  If a large amount of cards are purchased, at our discretion your shipment may come in a bubble mailer and we may choose to provide tracking.  However, if we do this your shipping cost remains the same.  This service typically does NOT include tracking.

Expanded Service – Currently $2.61 – Cards will be shipped in a bubble mailer and tracking will be provided for the shipment.  Each card will be placed in a soft inner sleeve within a Top Loader. As above, the cost remains $2.61 no matter how many cards are purchased within a 24 hour period.

If you prefer the Expanded Service, please let me know and I will provide a new invoice.

Basic Service – Currently $0.49 – Stamps will be shipped in a plain white envelope.  Stamp(s) will be placed inside a plastic bag for protection.  The cost remains $0.49 no matter how many stamps are purchased within a 24 hour period.   

Expanded Service – Currently $2.61 – Stamps will be shipped in a bubble mailer and tracking will be provided for the shipment.    Stamp(s) will be placed inside a plastic bag for protection. As above, the cost remains $2.61 no matter how many stamps are purchased within a 24 hour period.

Payment Terms

·        Payment for All Purchases are Expected within Seven Days.  We understand that Situations Happen and an E-Mail to Us via E-Bay Messenger Will Allow Us to Work with You for A Mutually Beneficial Solution.

·        Any Payment Not Made After 7 Days Will Result in an Automatic Unpaid Claim Being Made by the Ebay Unpaid Item Assistant.

·        Due to Issues of Non-Payment Any Buyer with Two Unpaid Cases in the Last 12 Months are Prevented From Bidding.  If You Would Like to Bid or Make a Purchase and Meet This Criteria, but Intend to Follow-Through with Payment, Please Send E-Mail to Us via E-Bay Messenger and We Will Review For Possible Allowance.

Shipping Terms

·       We Do Our Best to Ship Out All Purchases Within One Business Day of Payment. 

·       The Least Expensive Shipping Currently That Provides Tracking is $2.61.  We work to maintain our shipping at an inexpensive level, but this continues to be a high-cost area for us that include the shipping cost, and also the packaging supplies.  We do not try to make any money on the shipping and are working diligently to keep our costs low.

·       We typically only charge shipping for the first item purchased.  We do support combined shipping.  If you purchase more than one item and the shipping is not combined correctly in your cart, please request new total before payment.

International Shipping

·       We Appreciate Our International Customers and are Always Glad to Provide Shipping Services for Your Purchases.

·       We Have Found That the Best Approach is the Use of the Global Shipping Program Provided by Ebay.  At This Time, This is the Only International Shipping Service We Support.

·       We Ask That You Understand That Ebay Calculates Their Own Shipping and Fees for Purchases That Use the International Shipping Program.  These are Not Determined by Our Store.

Return Policy

·        We Operate Using a “No Hassle” 30 Day Return Policy.

·        In the Following Situations, We Will Not Only Refund the Cost of Your Purchase, but Also any Shipping Cost Paid to Receive the Item as well as the shipping cost to return the item

o   Please Note – Refund Will be Processed After Item in Question Has Been Returned (At our Discretion we may execute refund without requiring the item to be returned)

·        If the Item Does Not Meet Your Satisfaction, but otherwise was properly described in the listing - We Will Refund the Cost of Your Purchase, but you will be responsible for the return shipping.  Execution of the Refund will occur after item in question has been returned.
