These items were acquired and preserved by a student who had participated in a 1950 ‘International Study Tour” of Europe to include the countries of England, France, Italy, Yugoslavia, Austria, and Holland. This collection includes his (12) personal letters and (17) various brochures, postcards, and maps from his trip.
In these twelve (12) incredible handwritten letters (authored by the student and sent home to his parents in New York), he chronicled his entire travel experiences in each country. The handwriting in these letters are extremely neat and the letters are well written and preserved.
