I believe the upper front door seen here is from a 1935 Seeburg Symphonola.
My primary evidence is the pattern on the etched glass which I matched to an original brochure that I own.
I have scanned a detail from that brochure and show it after my photos which are seen below.
The door is solid and the veneer is tight, but it has some pry marks and damage near the lock area.
This door mounts on the machine with the lock at the top, so take that into consideration when viewing the photos.
The dimensions are as follows:
The wooden door measures 20.925 inches wide by 13.75 inches tall.
The glass measures 18.0 inches wide by 10.5 inches tall.
