It is signed by the author, who states that there were only 20 copies produced in this state--a fact that is confirmed on OCLC. The inscriptions by the author are as follows: "To R.W. Goulding Esq. with kind regards from Henry Pfungst June 1913." On the envelope that's tipped in and placed on the same page is written, "This collection is now exhibited in the at the Victoria and Albert Museum and will remain there for some time to come. JB June 1913." This catalogue runs 24 pages and gives textual descriptions of items in these categories: divine personages, boats and rafts, cottages, mythical creatures, the animal world, birds, lowly creatures, the vegetable world, and teapot or kettle type. There are NO photos or illustrations--the book is all-text only. Oversized hardcover at 10.5 inches by 8.5 inches. Some faint striped stains on front cover. Gilt lettering on spine is still mostly intact. Front and back inner hinges still fully intact, binding is solid. Appears to have faint dampstain along the bottom of front and back pastedowns, but not on the pages themselves. The word "bronze" is penciled on the title page.
