The Image measures 4 3/8" x 7" in size, the Image is from the "Tourist Views in Egypt, The Desert of Sinai and Palestine" Series of Photographs Taken by and Published by Methodist Theologians Dr. James Strong and Rev. Abner F. Dotterer from their 1874 Expedition to the Middle East, it has a Paper Label on the Back with a Description of the View being "Assiut, a Large Town 3 Miles West of the Nile, (Large Copic Catholic Population), View from Libyan Hills and with an "American Mission School".
