The property is being sold by Mathias Clark & Wife TO Willhelmus Bennet. This land indenture deed is dated May 21, 1823, and is executed by Stoll with an Autograph Document Signed. It is also SIGNED by the Sussex County Clerk, Daniel Ellis. The document measures 8” x 12½” and is in Very Good Condition for its advanced age.
