Please find for consideration an 1814 Classic Head Large Cent - the Crosslet 4 variety.  Please note the surface displays fine to moderate porosity, small contact marks and a thin film of corrosion/verdigris surrounding most of the details.  Please also note the surface displays a slightly greener/olive tone than what is represented in the photos as the tone was difficult to capture.  Also note the darker circular discoloration line on the obverse traveling from near the "Y" in LIBERTY down to the 2nd star.  Also note the rim dings on the obverse in the 3:30 and 5:30 positions and the rim ding on the reverse in the 10 o'clock position.   We have provided a few photos each of the obverse/reverse.  Photos #1, 2, 6 and 7 are of the coin flat on a surface and best reflects the tone of the coin when viewing directly, while photos #3, 4, 5, 8 and 9 are of the coin at a slight angle to provide greater detail.     Thanks in advance for viewing our selection of coins - Please feel free to visit our store!       ______________________________________________________________________________________     New England Coins Guarantee   At New England Coins, customer service and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
