Invoicing
We will send an invoice to you within 24 hours after the auction closes to
confirm the amount due. You are more than welcome to make the payment
before you get the invoice as long as you follow the Payment Terms for
Shipping and Handling listed above. The payment must be received
within 10 days after close of auction. If not received within 10 days without
prior arrangements, item may be reposted or offered to 2nd highest bidder.
You will lose all claim to the item and negative feedback may be left.
We will be glad to ship multiple items together in one package that you win
to help cut your shipping costs, just let us know ahead of time at

Refunds & Returns
We will allow a refund of the paid price, less shipping charges and 10% restocking fee.
Refunds will be granted for 30 days after end of auction and must be returned in
Unused Condition with all packaging.
Contact us at refund@brakehoses.biz and put REFUND in the subject line. We will send
you an RMA number which must be on the return label so we can accept the item back.

What about liability?
We carry a $5 Million product liability policy that has our DOT identification on all the hoses we
make and sell. As added protection for our customers, all hoses are pressure tested to
3000 psi, twice the maximum operating pressure of any vehicle.
Do the hoses comply with DOT safety standards?
Absolutely! All brake hoses manufactured with the system and components comply with
DOT FMVSS106 and SAE J1401 standards.
Normally how long does a brake hose last?
The average life expectancy of a brake hose is about six years once it is put into service.
Do you make Stainless Steel Braided Hoses?
Yes, We can make any hose in either Rubber or Stainless Steel Braided. But the Stainless
Steel Braided do cost more to purchase.
