Up for auction or trade is my 1968 Chevelle Malibu Convertible.I want to be clear on the trade part of this auction.I am looking for a 1970 Dodge Super Bee,4 speed ONLY.I am not concerned if you are a dealer or private seller.I will make arrangements to bring the car fairly locally to examine each car.I also want to make perfectly clear this is a 13567XXXXXX vin car.It started life as a green on green 6 cyl manual shift convertible car.However it now has every concievable option that was standard on the Super Sport car and much more.This was a professional frame off restoration that is only 3/4 years old.A complete professionally rebuilt 396 engine with over 400 horsepower is under the hood.Holley 4 barrel,new 4 core radiator,7 blade bigblock clutch fan,ceramic coated headers,2 1/2 inch exhaust with flowmasters all welded no clamps.10 bolt posi with boxed trailing arms and sway bar.Factory boxed frame and all new front end parts with the 1 inch sway bar and power discs.Power steering.Munice 4 speed,probably an M20 with new clutch, pressure plate and throwout bearing when restored.The black body is laser straight.New NOS fenders and SS hood with open inserts.Smoothed firewall.New chrome bumpers and chrome trim.The doors are solid with no patch panels,and mirror finished,even along the bottom on the underside.The remainer of the body was stripped,etching primered and basecoat / clearcoat sprayed.The quarter panels are also laser straight and only patch panels on the lower rear sections behind the wheelwells,to the rear bumper.Professionally done and look excellent.The entire floor section was replaced from the firewall to the front of the rear axle,also professionally done and very displayable,and clean.Glass back window and manual droptop.Rosewood steering wheel and brand new interior,done in ivy gold/light green.Doorpanels,dash,boot and visors all new and look great!! Bench seat, hurst shifter and ball.New steel styled wheels,centers and trimrings as well as Coker goldwalls with less that 300 miles.The entire resto has less than 400 miles on the body/drivetrain.As I said restoration was completed 4 years ago and driven very seldom since,ready to show and go.She has all the SS options and better than a factory SS car.There is too much more new to list here or describe.The pix may not be clear,I can email pix of any part of the car and will view any 70 super bee pix in consideration for trade.I will answer any intellegent questions and reply to any leads to a 70 super bee trade.Otherwise she will sell for 30,000 as the first bid,no reserves,here to move this chevelle.I am reserving the right to cancel the auction at ANY time due to trade deals.Try and build one for under 50G's.GOOD LUCK!!!!
