This DVD offers two super fun workouts! The first workout class was taped live presented by Beto and his amazing dancers, this lasts for 55 minutes. The second workout is called flat abs, where you twist and whittle your core for 22 intense minutes (77 minutes total)! Finally a complete total body workout that not only burns tons of calories, it produces a sculpted and toned body as well.
