If you would like to pick up your item locally, please choose “Payment on Pickup” as your shipping option when using eBay checkout. You will not pay for your item(s) at that time. Once you have checked out with eBay, we will be notified by eBay and have your item ready for pick up the next business day.

You will be required to make payment at our facility at the time of pick up. We will provide a secure computer on which you can make your instant payment directly to our Paypal account, or, you can make your payment via credit or debit card only. Sorry we are unable to accept cash. Your total will be the final sale price of the item, local sales tax, and a minimal $2 handling fee per item.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

ALTHOUGH USPS may be a few dollars higher the fees, duties, tarriffs and taxes are nowhere near the cost of other shippers. Please take this under consideration when choosing your shipping needs.

We only ship via Express USPS and UPS World Express to International Destinations.

We SHIP TO THE USA, Canada, APO and FPO addresses and SELECT International Countries.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

Cargo Largo requires payment within four (4) days. (Please note that this is real-time, beginning when the auction ends. If payment has not been received by the fourth (4^th) day after auction’s end, then the buyer will then have two (2) additional days to make payment. If payment has still not been received by the sixth (6^th) day after the end of auction, Cargo Largo will relist the item.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, please contact us and offer us the opportunity to correct the situation.

If you believe that the item you purchased from us does not match the item description, or if your item was damaged during transit, please contact us to discuss return and refund options. In order to initiate the refund process, buyer must contact us within 14 days of receipt of item. All returns will require a return authorization. Please note that we will always pay return shipping when a buyer wishes to return an item due to our error.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a discrepancy in item description or damage during transit, we will accept a return on MOST items, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to the buyer. This applies to both the item and any retail packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges, and will be required to complete a “Mutual Agreement to Cancel the Transaction” through eBay. Seller will initiate this transaction and refund the buyer once buyer has returned the item AND agreed to the mutual cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item marked “AS IS” for any reason other than a grievous error in the listing. Please bid accordingly on all items listed “AS IS.”
