Sizing
For proper sizing:
- Measure length of pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
- Measure neck circumference.
- Measure the broadest part of the chest.
If the measurement is between sizes, we recommend going up one size. Also, if pet has a stout build, a deep chest, or is overweight, we recommend going up a minimum of one size for proper fit. If the dog is long-backed, like a Dachshund, a smaller size is recommended.

Shipping
Orders shipped Friday for Next Day service will be delivered the following Monday unless special Saturday delivery arrangements are made. Please note that certain products are not available for Next Day service.
Combined Shipping - US and Canadian Customers We combine shipping for the cost of $1.00 per additional item, up to three additional items, free after the third.
Combined Shipping - International customers Please contact us for the combined shipping rates.
Damaged Packages
We request that you file a claim against the carrier in the case that your package is damaged during shipping. We would be happy to assist you in this process.
Lost Packages - US Customers
In the case that your package is lost and the carrier does not show confirmation of delivery we will make every attempt to assist in locating it. If the package is unrecoverable we will gladly re-ship another, if our stock permits us to do so, or issue a 100% refund for the lost goods and shipping costs. In the case that you claim non-receipt of your package and the carrier provides confirmation that your package was delivered we request that you contact the shipping company. We will make every attempt to assist in locating the package but are not responsible for stolen/non-receipt of goods when delivery confirmation is provided.
Lost Packages - International Customers
In the case that your package is lost we will make every attempt to assist in locating the package. Refunds are given on a case by case basis.
