You are bidding on a one week stay at this property March 3-10, 2012 only.  This is a 2 bedroom deluxe.

Due to changes in EBAY and paypal billing if you do not add the 13% tax to the invoice or wait to pay until invoiced you will be required to pay a 2nd paypal invoice.  I am sorry for the inconvenience.

You will not be required to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property but you will have the benefits that this first class resort offers.

Staying at a vacation resort property has many advantages over the traditional hotel stay.

This is for a two bedroom condo based on availability between dates listed above.  Please email seller if you are interested in only a few nights or if you need a different size condo.  I cannot accept bids outside of ebay but I can set up a custom auction.

All travelers are required to have a guest certificate in their name.   The seller will issue this based on the ebay user information supplied from ebay.  This should be your legal name matching your government issued id.  This fee is included in your winning bid.   If your information is not correct with ebay or you are sending an alternate traveler you must notify the seller prior to placing your bid.   Those that need name change after this will be responsible for the guest certificate fee. ($99.00)

Resort Rentals International will have some required reservation forms that need completed and signed. When you make your purchase or bid you agree to the terms and conditions listed on the forms.

Sales and lodging 13 % tax will be added.

Individual Resorts may require a credit card at check in for security deposit and/or incidentals.  All adult occupants must be 21 years old with major credit card.  Seller is not responsible for fees charged by the resort such as parking, rollaway, beach service, occupancy tax (state of hawaii) or meals.

Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as resorts make updates and changes.
