We have a very low damage rate on our end, because all products are packaged extensively, and are placed in a 2 walled box to ensure a safe delivery. The boxes are $30, so you would need to hold onto the boxes until parts are installed. If there are returns or anything of that nature, you will need the ORIGINAL box to send the items back in.
Normal Ebay policies are to ship items within 7 business days, but our general turn around times are 3 business days, if there are no hold-ups on the buyer's end, or ours. If there are any issues, or questions on cancellations, please contact us for specific instructions. This way, there will be no inconsistencies on either party, and no negative feedback for both sides.
A phone number that you can be reached at any time is mandatory. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery time, and will not drop it off without making sure you're at home. For Residential delivery, drive will only delivery the freight curb-side, no inside delivery is permitted due to liability. If there are any additional costs due to instructions not being followed, the buyer will be responsible for these costs (Retuned/refused freight, storage fees from the freight company, or redelivery). PLEASE DO NOT MISS ANY DELIVERY APPOINTMENT, IT COULD COST YOU DEARLY FOR REDELIVERY AND STORAGE FEE.
For all international order including Canadian buyer. It is the responsibility of the Buyer/consignee to arrange customs clearance for any shipment. Your destination agent should guide you in the complexity of destination importing regulations. Just follow the instructions in the Notice of Arrival. You may want to check with the destination country consulate or ask a destination country’s customs broker regarding destination charges.
Upon receiving your items, you MUST inspect your items in the driver's presence, and if there are any issues from damage or anything, mark "DAMAGED", and nothing more. This ensures that you do not take responsibility for any problems. Once the item is signed and released, they are the buyer's responsibility and not that of the freight company's, or ours. Any Damage Claim must report to use within 24hrs, no exception.

Any orders outside the continental 48 states will require that you contact us for a freight quote. With international orders, buyer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties, taxes, and/or fees.

2. The exception to this rule are if there is a mistake on our part, in which case, we would do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction with us and the product. We must be notified within 5 days after item is received, otherwise all claim will be denied.
3. In the event that the wrong item is delivered to you, please follow the same steps above. Take a picture of the label, a picture of the part number on the inside-back portion of the part (if applicable), and a picture of the entire part.
4. Due to the nature of aftermarket part, we highly recommend you to have the parts professional install by customize body shop to achieve proper fitment. If there is a fitment issue, buyer must take a picture of the label that is on the packaging, a picture of the part number on the inside-back portion of the part (if applicable), a close up picture of the fitment issue, and also the very same picture zoomed out (the product should be on the car for this picture), and a picture of the front and rear bumper support removed (if applicable). We would also require a copy of the business license from the body shop who is doing the installation.
5. Pictures MUST be taken and emailed to us, and there are no exceptions to that rule. Included in the email, the buyer must state buyer id, item #, and date of purchase. Include a brief description of the problem, and a representative will follow up with you as soon as possible, and no longer than 3 business days. Any problems that do not fall under the buyer will be completely ours or the manufacturers responsibility. This means that if there was no issue on your part, a refund or exchange will be granted less shipping and handling. Please ask for details if you'd like to know more.
