EXCHANGES: We are always happy to exchange for another size, if it is available, or for a similar item we have available. Please note the item you have and what you would like to exchange it for in the Return or Exchange option, that is located on your Invoice for the item. Shipping is the responsibility of the Buyer.

RETURNS: Returns are accepted with approval on tagged, unused items in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and an additional 20% restocking fee is applicable to all items. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, as they are lost to us as well. If your item did not have a separate shipping fee, your refund will be less the actual shipping cost in our records plus $2.00 USD to cover packaging and eBay shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds will be initiated within 5 days of the item's confirmed delivery. If the item is damaged during return shipping, the Buyer will be responsible for the full price of the item.

Several intimate items are NOT available for return/exchange under any circumstances, this will be noted in the Description and item's Return Policy. Any items with CUSTOM in the title are not available for returns or exchanges.

We are very aware that many of our products are highly seasonal and do not allow Halloween costumes to be returned the week after having been worn out. 

If you want to look fabulous in our duds, you have to buy them. We spend a lot of time researching and finding the exact products we offer and we make several pieces in house. In fraudulently returning used items, you are insulting the tremendous amount of work we put into this store and each item. We do not show up in your office and ask you to work for free, please do not do it to us. 

We DO NOT rent items and will not be able to sell them after you have used them. 

A scent test is applied to all items that are returned. 

Our Fraud Policy extends to replacements. If you request a replacement for something damaged during shipping you will have to return the damaged item to us BEFORE we will send a replacement. This is not our preference, however there are too many people out there that have abused our previous Replacement Policy.
