Return Policy
Grassroots-Computers
does not process any returns, refunds or exchanges, even for DOA items
or if the customer orders the wrong item.
All defective items with a manufacturer warranty must be exchanged with
the manufacturer within the warranty period listed in each auction.
Customers can contact Western Digital (the manufacturer of most
products sold by Grassroots-Computers) via phone (800-275-4932) for
tech support or exchange services, or set up an exchange RMA (Return
Merchandise Authorization) on their website, www.wdc.com.
The manufacturer will require the customer to pay shipping on the item
being returned, this is industry standard. Grassroots-Computers does
not offer any shipping refunds on product exchanged through the
manufacturer
