WEDGWOOD BEATRIX POTTER BOWL AND PLATE

Plate - 7" in diameter. Bowl - 5 3/4" in diameter. The bowl features an image of PETER AND BENJAMIN in the center. Around the inside rim is a quote: "LITTLE BENJAMIN SAID THAT THE FIRST THING TO BE DONE WAS TO GET BACK PETER'S CLOTHES. THEY TOOK THEM OFF THE SCARECROW." The plate features the same image of PETER that is on the bowl plus another image of him and one of a flower pot and one of a watering can. The border of the plate is pale yellow. Both pieces are in EXCELLENT CONDITION - they appear to be unused. The copyright year on both pieces is 1996.
