Office of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Taney County, Missouri, and any
amendments and supplements thereto, together with an undivided interest in the
common areas as described in the Declaration of Condominium for Fairfield at
the Meadows II Condominium (“Declaration”) applicable thereto, as recorded at
Book 374, Pages 510-592, in the Public Records of Taney County, Missouri and
any amendments or supplements, which undivided interest has been assigned 84,000 Points symbolic of said Property
Interest. Subject to the previous
assignment of use, possessory and occupancy right to Fairfield Vacation Owners
Association, Trustee, recorded in Book 374, Page 3910, et seq., pursuant to the
terms and conditions of the Fairshare Vacation Plan Use Management Trust
Agreement (“Trust Agreement”), recorded in Book 320, Page 4761-4798, as amended
