Our office takes care of all the paperwork involved. Buyer to pay the Transfer fees of $299. When I get your information for the purchase I will send you a Credit Card authorization form giving permission for Worldmark to charge the $299 Transfer fee when the documents are ordered. The balance of your funds will be collected at closing once you receive all the documents and verify what you are purchasing.The closing process only takes a couple weeks to complete. We take care of all the paperwork, getting the Transfer paperwork from Worldlmark, etc. Once I have the Transfer documents I will e-mail everything to you and the seller along with instructions on where to sign, have notarized and where to return. You will send in the balance of the funds with your signed paperwork.
