The items we sell here at Papa & Nana's Treasures come from many different sources (mainly Estates Sales) and are subject to show signs of age, use and wear. Because we sell almost all vintage items they are sold "AS IS" and we always state if it is in working condition. And also because we sell vintage items it is impossible for us to know if the item came from a smoke and/or pet free home. So PLEASE take this ALL into consideration before bidding. General selling/buying policies:

• Payment - Required within 7 days unless prior arrangements have been made. If not paid in that time, I will re-list on the 8Th day and leave negative feedback.
• Shipping - I ship priority but will ship parcel post if requested (or if it is very heavy then I will ship Parcel Post), BUT will not be held responsible for broken items. My husband does all packing and uses lots of bubble wrap & peanuts but things still happen and with priority they are handled much less. My intent is not to make money on shipping, which is why I use the shipping calculator. I will ship international but shipping will be more than what the calculator shows (it's only for USA). I also charge a $5.00 handling fee for all international shipments.
• Combined shipping - I am more than happy to combine shipping if at all possible but the buyer needs to requests it.
• Returns - As for returns, if for any reason you are not satisfied, PLEASE contact me via e-mail within 14 days of receiving it to discuss and resolve any problems, otherwise sale will be considered final. If the item needs to be shipped back for any reason, it will be at the buyers expense. So PLEASE look at all pictures and e-mail questions.
• Feedback - Please remember to leave feedback when transaction is complete & I will do the same. I take GREAT pride in my feedback so PLEASE contact with any problems or concerns BEFORE you just leave feedback. Things can always be worked out!
