Old metal, nylon portable stool..this seat folds up and is very small..folded up measurements are 8.50" x "..it sits 11" from the ground and seating area measures 12" x 6". It is very sturdy and well built..to set up stool merely hook into the slots..it has three adjustments. There is a tab that holds the hook in place.. Weighs only a pound and 4 ozs..
