Looks new, and it should, since its been in its box all this time. The Sodiphene Company, kansas City, Mo. Has original directions flyer for how to use, and two smaller advertising flyers about wisdom teeth and drug saftey. Old wax pencil price of $1.00 on front of box. From a old drug store in Chappell, Nebraska. The yellow label was not on the lid all the way. Put plastic sheet on top of bottle then screwed the lid back down so it will not leak. Label is just hanging there.
