Vintage Singer Sewing Machine - Parts Refurbish or Scrap
Description: You are viewing a vintage Singer sewing machine. It ran when we plugged it in. It is marked "Singer" on both sides and "The Singer Manufacturing Co." on the top. There is a label on the motor that reads "Singer Sewing Motor Cat. BA3-8, SS Au 52-33-1, 110-120 Volts 0.53 AM 25-75 Cyc. & DC." It was made in Elizabeth Port N.J. according to the label. There is also a foot petal. We bought it for the table it was in, and don't have a use for the sewing machine. You could use it for parts, refurbish it, or for scrap. It is quite heavy, and we're estimating the weight of 17 pounds. We'd hate to see it go to scrap, so we're offering it to the collectors out there. The ruler and desk pad included in the pictures is for size reference and are not included in this sale. Item(s) are being sold “as is” unless otherwise noted. Please
see all the pictures provided as the best way to identify. We try to do an excellent descriptive job but we are not experts or appraisers. We will do our best to provide you with any extra information you need. Please contact
us through ebay to “ask seller a question” before bidding.
Pricing and Bidding: We try to start the auctions with a low, fair price. We will not end an auction early, unless we listed item(s) wrong in error. Please remember to include shipping cost in
your bid price. Bid price + shipping cost = final cost. We will request contact information from ebay prior to shipping. If contact information is incomplete or incorrect, we will not ship this item. We reserve the right
to cancel winning bids if the buyer has less than steller feedback, due to previous problems.
Payment: Payment is required within 2 days (48 hours) with PayPal, payment upon pick-up within 7 days. All payment in U.S. currency. If payment is not received, item will be relisted
or offered to the next highest bidder. Non-payments will result in blocking you from future bidding on our items. You are responsible for all duties, customs, fees or taxes.
Shipping: We will usually ship through USPS with delivery confirmation. Use the ebay shipping calculator to your door. Insurance will be available at the expense of the buyer and required
for items over $100.00. We will combine shipping for multiple auctions won within 24 hours of each other. We can not control mailings after they are taken to the post office, this is why we use delivery confirmation, so items
aren’t “lost in the mail.” You are welcome to ask in advance for other shipping methods/costs or local pick up. If the value of the auction exceeds $100.00 it will be shipped with signature confirmation or any other
requirement required by PayPal. This overrides any shipping costs. Shipping larger and fragile items through any other method (FedEx, UPS) is our option.
Returns: A return will be issued if listed as such. We will not accept “buyers remorse” as an excuse. If you are returning an item(s) you will be responsible for the return shipping
cost. Refunds must be requested within three days of receipt of item(s). Pictures will be required for postal damage. If you are returning an item(s) because it was damaged during shipping, the original shipping materials
need to be included in the return. Returns and insurance/claims are the responsibility of the buyer. Absolutely no returns or refunds, partial or otherwise, on lots being auctioned.
Feedback: Feedback will be given at our earliest convenience. Please do the same when item is received. If any problems arise, please contact us before negative feedback is given.
Communication should solve any problem. We reserve the right to block any problem bidders.
