This is an old Mauser Bare Bolt. It is not a German 98 but it may be a Swedish Mauser Model 96. The bolt handle has been redone and it is nicely welded to the bolt. Just needs buffing. Hopefully you can identify it as something you can use. No reserve. Item #12070.
