Vintage Spice Rack GNCO Japan with Wooden Shelf
This cute little spice rack was made or imported by GNCO Products of Japan.
These were very popular in the 50s and 60s so it would look great in any retro kitchen.
The 6 ceramic spice containers each have a 3 dimensional fruit on them that is used as the knob to pull them out of the wooden shelf. They are also decorated with flowers and spice names.
The ceramic spice containers measure 2 & 1/4 inches tall and 1 & 3/4 inches across. They have three holes in the top. There are corks on the bottom for filing the containers. Two of the containers are missing their corks.

The wooden shelf they sit on is about 6 inches across and 6 & 1/2 inches tall.
There are two holes at the top for hanging the container on the wall.
The wooden shelf is marked on the back with a paper label that reads "A Quality GNCO Product". The Japan part of the sticker has rubbed off. One of the spice containers also has a Japan sticker.
There are spice containers for salt, nutmeg, clove, ginger and two marked spice. The are decorated with apples, cherries, grapes, and flowers.
