We only ship "Domestic" USA direct and our shipping costs reflect that pricing only. This is due to the USPS not being able to guarantee packages once it leaves the States. However, our quotes are for the Contiguous United States, so if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or any other off-shore U.S. Territories your shipping rate will have to be calculated by U.S.P.S. and your shipping cost adjusted if it does not go through Ebay's Global Shipping Center.
