I cannot be a learning tool for ebay and since I do get charged for every listing I cannot absorb those costs nor do I choose to go through the process of filing FVF credits.  I have over the years made numerous exceptions and needless to say 9 times out of 10 have been disappointed.  I can no longer make any exceptions.
