Vintage CHANEL NO 5 EXTRAIT M M Sealed Inner Box No. 202 (2 oz.) RARE PERFUME!

From a local estate sale, here is a very rare find - the classic vintage perfume - CHANEL NO 5 EXTRAIT M M, 2 oz., with both boxes. The inner box is still sealed - as you can see in the photos the seal/label is still intact! I have not opened it - the sealed inner box (on the left) weighs 7.6 oz. I will not open it, selling it sealed. It is marked on the bottom of the inner box EXTRAIT M M No 202 MADE IN FRANCE. The inner box has slight wear and mottling/spots from age. The outer box (on the right) has some wear on edges as you can see and some mottling/spots from age, a stain on the bottom and a tiny tear at the top of the front; it does have the two interior flaps (not shown) and there is a slight musty odor on both boxes. I don't know what the "M M" stands for and I'm not sure of the age - pre 1950??
