Very Rare Original Simpsons Production Cel
of 'DUFFMAN' (ohh Yeahh!)
from
episode #4F22 (179) 1997
You are buying a one off piece of art and a great potential investment
Perhaps the most critical factor when considering animation art is the subject matter of the cel - it's like location, location, location.
The very best are those which show the most popular characters - and here you have a wonderful cel of Duffman in full flow in Moe's Tavern (you can hear the music can't you?)
It is very rare to get a full cel of just Duffman and this is a brilliant example with his arm outstretched and cape flying
This is from a poignant episode which sees Homer try to rescue his car from 'the boot' in front of the World Trade Centre Twin Towers after Barney leaves it there by mistake
After the tragedy of 9/11 this episode wasn't shown for quite a while, and when it returned to the air it had a scene deleted
This cel has been professionally mounted and framed in a beautiful metallic champagne finish real wood and glass frame (for overseas shipping customers the frame/glass will be removed before shipping) the frame is also a vintage object so please bear in mind there may be some slight cosmetic defects from cleaning, hanging etc.
Complete with COA and studio stamp
