Shipping policy:
- We will ship to USA, Canada, N. and S. America, Australia, and Japan.
- We do not ship to Europe.

- Once payment is received, we will ship out on the same day or the next day. However we reserve the right to delay suspicious orders.
- Shipping charges are extra for Alaska and Hawaii.

Return Policy:
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied please return your unused and unopened merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all returning expenses. We will refund you the value of the merchandise less shipping fee as soon as we received your returning package (with Tracking Number). And again, shipping fee will not be refunded unless the error is from our end. A 20% restocking fee will apply if returned item is not in it's original condition/packaging or has signs of use (NO EXCEPTION). Please email us for return authorization prior of return so that we will pay attention to your returning package.
