Possibly Victorian glass.  Although it may be as recent as the first quarter of the 20th century.  It is hand blown, pattern molded and unsigned. There is a pontil mark on the base which was not ground smooth and polished...so it's rough to the touch.  The glass color is blue.  The glass quality is optically very clear.  There are no chips, cracks or damage.  The base shows signs of wear from being moved around on the shelf or table while dusting. The last photo shows it along with other collectible glass I have listed.  Check it out.
