We are looking to sell our timeshare which is Week 12, Sunday-Sunday, even years (every other year: 2012, 2014, etc.). This year, Week 12 is March 18 – 25, 2012. Annual maintenance fee already paid for 2012.

1 bedroom suite with king-size bed and pull out full-size sofa bed in living room, so it can sleep up to 4 people. There’s a balcony overlooking the waterfall pool, TV, dining area and kitchen complete with the necessities for stove top cooking (electric range – no oven), full-size refrigerator/freezer and microwave as well as other cooking/dining ware. The bathroom has a tub with jets that you can set a timer to. On the property, there’s a casino/restaurant, Dunkin Donuts and gift shop as well as a second pool with slide and swim-up bar. Eagle Beach, one of the best beaches on the island, is a short walk down the driveway and across the street.
