The camera system includes a specially designed traveling or storage case with compartments and dividers to hold the camera, film holders and up to 4 lenses mounted on lens boards plus room to spare for filters, changing bags, focussing cloth, plus original Omega View instruction manual.
Three lenses are included which cover a large range of photographic needs. (1) Schneider Symmar-S f5.6 — f45, 210mm with Copal #1 shutter with Bulb & Time plus exposures up to 1/400 sec. A general purpose lens with moderately long focal length for product photography, portraits, general scenics, etc. (2) Schneider G-Claron f8—f64 Compur 0 shutter with Bulb and shutter speeds to 1/500 sec. This is a lens specially corrected for focussing at close distances and with its minimum aperture of f64 is an excellent choice for product or small object photography as well as copying art work and similar projects where highest possible resolution is critical. (3) Nikon SW 120mm f8—f64 with time and bulb and down to 1/500 sec shutter speeds. A good, general purpose, moderately wide angle lens for landscapes and architecture. All lenses operate in conjunction with cable releases and strobe lighting.
The Bogen (made in Italy) Model 3050 Professional tripod supplied features a crank elevator and a three way tilt/rotation head adjustment plus a wide range of separate leg length adjustments allowing a wide variety of heights up to 65" as well as use on non level surfaces. Bogen has been acquired by the Italian tripod manufacturer, Manfrotto. Their current, comparable studio model retails for in excess of $600.
