Seller: bigsteveareno29 (3,761) 98.3%, Location: York, Pennsylvania, Ships to: US, Item: 151756364221 Description This is a great, unique piece that was salvaged from a Malibu, CA Victorian home. It is made of cast iron. It is probably English from the 1880's. It made its way to a mansion in CA which is where I bought it. The upper section has 5 beveled mirrors and tons of ornate castings. There are small shelves supported by ornate brackets. The top center panel has a woman's face. The bottom was faux painted and also has lots of ornate castings. The same panel with the womans face that is on the top is again on the breast. It measures 71.5 inches wide by 52.5 to the shelf and 98.5 overall. It is 14 inches deep. The opening is 37.5 wide by 36.25 tall. It weighs about 600 pounds. Overall, it is in good condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. There are two small chips at the base of the firebox. Please look at the pictures carefully. ref: 61503 Shipping Please inquire with your zip code and I will get you a quote quickly. Terms of Sale I accept returns only if my description is inaccurate. For example, if I pull an item from a building that I believe to be original to the house and it is later discovered to be a reproduction, or if I enter an incorrect measurement, I will allow the buyer to return the item. I describe all my items as accurately as possible with descriptions and often pictures of any damage. I try to measure within 1/8 of an inch. About Us My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job! I salvage whatever I can think can be reused as long as there is room in my warehouse. The warehouse is open for treasure hunting anytime by appointment. Just contact me to schedule a day and time! Thanks for visiting. Steve and Michelle Material: Cast Iron
