1. Choose Your Font:
Please choose your desired font from the list below:
Every font has a number in the left side which you only need to send the number to us; for instance, number 14 represents “COMIC SANS MS” font style.
It’s so easy; you just choose the font number on the drop down menu from our online form. Click on the Online Form below to open the form. Please
fill the requested blank fields very carefully because we will engrave your ordered item based on those entries.
The engravable area is approximately 1.10” (inches) x 0.85” (inches)
If you would like, you can design your own message in this area and send it to us through the Online Form. Online Form has an UPLOAD button, which
by clicking on it; you can attach your designed art work into the form. On the Online Form there is a message box which you can send any comments,
direction, concerns, font size, special instructions, or message placement on the item. If you haven’t sent us any direction or message
placement, by default we will align the text engraving placement in the center of the item. If you have any difficulties to choose the right font for your
personalized message for a particular business or gift, it would be our pleasure to help you with our free experts’ consultations.

We ask you to fill all blank fields, some fields are optional. There is no extra charge

Shipping and Handling:
Orders will be shipped out mostly via USPS First Class mail which it normally takes 2-3 business
days to be delivered. Shipping and handling is free.
Our Policy and Your Responsibility:
By purchasing this item you accept the following:
· We may need to resize your text/logo to adjust them on the space allotted.
If submitting a photo with a background, the background will also be engraved.
We do not edit your photos/logos.
· Your message will be engraved exactly as it is sent. You are responsible for
proof reading your personal message. Please make sure there are no errors.
Including the spelling, capitalization, and punctuations before submitting your
online form.
· Some font choices are all in caps or all in lower case letters, by making a font
choice you understand the selected font style. (Please refer to font guide)
Return Policy
Since the engraved items cannot be resold, our company does not offer refunds or exchanges.
However if there was any problems in your order such as damaged or broken item; we request
our customers to return the damaged/broken item on their own expense and we will offer a full
refund or will provide a replacement.
