We have a 14 day return policy and offer a full refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, once the item has been received by us in the same condition it was sent.  NWT must not have had the tags removed, New items must not have been washed and/or worn. Sealed packages must have not been opened.
All of our clothing will have a seller's tag in the wrist, ankle, or other obvious place that must still be attached when the item is returned.  Items must be returned via the same shipping company and class as they were sent.

We are passionate (Yes, PASSIONATE!) about good customer service including shipping our items within 24 hours, even international packages.

U.S. Buyers:

International Buyers: 

We insure all of our international packages so please contact us if there is a problem with your package so we can work together to file a claim.
