| 1. We
will only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses.

require payment within three (3) working days after the auction and
reserve the right to relist the item if the buyer has not paid.

equipment is sold F.O.B. Chico, California.

| 4. Please
do not bid on our auctions if you are not a serious bidder. If
you have negative or zero feedback please contact us first as we
reserve the right to cancel any bid based on feedback rating.

orders within California are subject to 7.25% sales tax unless a resale
certificate is provided.

| 6. All of
our international orders ship via of the U.S. Postal service either
Priority Mail or Express Mail International and are insured. We
will NOT ship international orders on your Fed Ex or UPS account as
we've had the VAT/Duty/Taxes billed to our account before.

| 7. International Buyers – Please Note: Import
duties, taxes/fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with
your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs
will be prior to bidding or buying.

will not ship items as a gift for your poor old grandmother, so please
don't ask.
