We aim to ship within 24hrs (except weekends or Bank Holidays) of your purchase in order to get your goods to you as quickly as possible We will be pleased to offer combined postage costs on multiple purchases. Please send a message before you pay and we will adjust the postage. We use Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, Royal Mail Tracked or one of the Major Courier Companies as standard for all deliveries. This means that your package can ONLY be signed for by the named recipient for extra security. With the majority of smaller items going by one of the Royal Mail services please bear in mind that although the likelyhood of something going missing totally is rare. Royal Mail do not class it as missing until 15 working days have passed. In cases like this please contact us first before leaving bad feedback.
