IVINTA Return and Warranty Policy

30-day return policy, and 1-year manufacturer warranty! During this time, we will afford the shipping cost of return and replacement for defective and damaged item. For your very convenience, we would provide you the pre-paid return label or pick up service.

Note: Please disassemble the item before returning, otherwise there will be a huge cost for shipping charges as over sized.

Return： You have 30 Days to return your order for a refund (Please note that products labeled “Non-refundable After Unpacking” in the description section of the product page are not applicable for returns). Non-refundable Cases: FANLUN LLC accepts most returns within the 30-day return window, but we DO NOT accept returns for certain circumstances. Please carefully review the following scenarios in which you would not qualify for a refund:

1. Products that have exceeded the 30-day return window.
2. Products damaged due to customer negligence (i.e. improper assembly or usage, obvious man-made damage, etc.).
3. Scratches or other minimal damage that do not affect the overall functioning of the product being discovered after the product has been partially or completely assembled.
4. Products taken out of original packaging without manufacture defects.
5. Products labeled “Non-refundable After Unpacking” in the description section of the product page.
6. If the shipment got returned due to wrong address or refused by buyer, there will be 20% restock fee.
7. All of our items come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. During this time, we will replace and/or assist in repairing any items deemed damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer. This warranty does not include wear from normal use and/or damage due to incorrect use of the product.
8. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance with any Returns or Exchanges, do not send back any items without prior approval from the FANLUN Customer Service or Parts Department.

Continental US (Lower 48 States) We ship our products primarily through UPS Ground 1~5 For UPS shipment, normally it takes 1-5 working days for delivery, but we cannot guarantee the delivery day. For very heavy shipment, we ship by LTL freight, which takes 3-10 days for delivery normally. Sorry, we do not ship to HI/AK/PR states Sorry, we do not ship to APO/FPO/PO boxes
4. My order shipped or not? Once your order has been processed and tracking information is available, and email will be sent to you with the tracking information and the carrier being used to ship you order. Your order will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Most orders will arrive to you within 5 business days from the shipping date, but please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
5. How do I track my order? Once you have received your tracking and carrier information, you can track your package through the carrier’s website or toll free phone numbers. This information will be supplied to you in your shipping confirmation email.

2. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment. You can go to checkout, and choose "PayPal", then choose "No PayPal account", you will be able to pay by credit card directly.
3. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting payment. We only ship to your shipping address on your payment. The address cannot be changed after payment is received. We do not be responsible for lost shipment due to wrong address. If the shipment got returned due to wrong address or refused by buyer, there will be 20% restocking fee.

How long will the shipping time be? -- Normally it takes 1-5 working days for delivery in US by UPS.

Will you email me the tracking number once you shipped? -- Yes, we will email you the tracking number once we shipped. The tracking number will also be added to your eBay so you can track it on your eBay order.

Can I cancel my order after I made my payment? -- Sorry, once the payment is received, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I change my shipping address after I made the payment? -- Sorry, we cannot change shipping address by eBay policy, we only ship to the shipping address on the payment.

When will I get my refund once I returned my item? -- We will issue your refund within 24 hours after you returned your item. Please let us know the return tracking number once you returned.
