Shipping & Handling:

We employ our best efforts to package and handle your product for quality delivery. For these items we utilize transit tested containers to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep, and because of this our shipping and handling fee is higher than our competitors, but your items will arrive undamaged!

Shipment of this item will usually occur within two to three business days after payment is received.
Items are shipped out Monday to Friday (except on holidays). We strive to ship items within 24 to 48 hours after payment has been received. International shipments take longer due to the generation of customs documentation.
We normally only ship with UPS, with the exception being very large items or international.
All items are insured for their value (auction price).
We do NOT ship to P. O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's. It must be a physical street address since we are using UPS as our shipper of choice! International shipments, if small, we will use US International mail.
This location does not offer local pickups.
If you are an international buyer, and you chose US International mail, please be advised that we cannot provide any form of tracking of the shipment.

Palletized Freight: If your purchase requires palletized freight shipping, please do not check-out until we have entered your shipping rate in the eBay invoice. If a payment is submitted without correct shipping, we reserve the right to refund the payment and send a corrected invoice. Call or e-mail us for a quote to your location. Please be sure to let us know if delivery will be made to a business or residence as rates can differ greatly.

Fixed Shipping Rates: If a fixed shipping rate is listed, it is available in the continental US only (Alaska, Hawaii will be higher).

Import Fees: Most countries, including Mexico and Canada, impose Customs duty fees / importation taxation, etc., on items being shipped in from a foreign country. Customs duties, taxes and any other charges that may be applicable in the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping charges. (Dead-on-Arrival) are tested and are covered by our return policy. Items that are sold AS-IS are not covered by our return policy. If an item arrives and malfunctions, then it is the Buyer's responsibility to contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the product. Otherwise, the D. O. A. guarantee expires. Once an item is shipped back, it will be replaced or a refund will be issued. The Buyer is responsible for shipping back a product. Return shipping costs are not covered. Make sure to test the item within the 48 hours of receipt.
