HANDLING TIME:  Next business day after receipt of CLEARED payment (e-checks/payments not backed with a credit card take up to a week to clear - please see Paypal for more info)!  As you can see from my feedback, items are shipped very quickly!

RETURNS:  If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping.  Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the items must be returned to our Store in the same condition that they were shipped (opened items are not eligible for return).
