Black thermoplastic belt sheath with lashing holes.    The Handle is a Black Micarta which is also a super  strong material that can't be broken, on each side of the handle there are 2- 5/8" star rivets holding it in place and it has a extended tang that is a lanyard hole / tie down which it comes with. The bottom of the handle has deep cut finger grooves and a finger guard on top is a tooled thumb rest to make this knife as safe and comfortable to work with.
