Pentax SMC Takumar 15mm 1:3.5 aspherical rectilinear lens in excellent condition with original case and its end cap.
The focusing rings all move smoothly and I can't see any wear, scratches or dings to the body of the lens.
The lens is clear and scratch free, no fungus, however in the last two pictures of the lens especially the one pointing with a pencil I tryed to show a small area of rainbow-like or could be described as the look of oil on water effect, on the lens. When looking through the lens the way the camera would view the lens it isn't visible only when you turn it toward light when viewing the surface of the large lens you can see this.
This is not over the entire surface but in one small area.
It may be connected somehow to the multi coating on the lens?
We aren't experts with photographic equipment so I don't know what term to use to describe this.
Please enlarge and view the pictures for the best idea of condition.
Re: Shipping Prices
If the eBay shipping calculator doesn't work for Canada or the U.S.A. then please email us for a price.
Regarding International bidders (meaning outside of North America) it will cost either $21.00 USD for Surface mail or $45.00 for International Airmail.
If a bidder wishes other methods of shipping than Airmail please ask for a quote before bidding, since the cost of shipping is paid by the bidder.
I have had very good success with International Airmail and recommend this method for the lens.
Thank you for your bids!
